The Titan team shares your concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we hope that it’s not bringing your family too much worry or inconvenience.
As you would expect, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our overwhelming priority at this time.
REASSURANCE & SAFETY
As licensed trades, we’re already focused on safety in our work, both for ourselves and our customers in their homes.
However, we have introduced further measures for your peace of mind and to protect the health of our employees.
1.0 KEEPING OUR DISTANCE:
While we would like to shake hands when we arrive, you’ll understand if our technicians keep a respectful distance.
2.0 USE OF PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Our technicians will sanitize before arriving, during their visit and after leaving your home. They’ll also wear gloves and shoe covers, and masks if available.
3.0 CLEANING WORK AREAS:
All work areas will be cleaned, and you’ll be shown those areas so you can re-sanitize if you like. Many of our services take place outdoors, which naturally minimises risk.
4.0 NO TECHNICIANS HAVE TRAVELLED:
No Titan technician has travelled internationally in the last 14 days. Any team members who are unwell are required not to attend work.
5.0 YOU’RE IN CHARGE:
