Mark took the time to go over what was needed and Rory and Nathan carried out the work. They arrived on the day specified, on time, and did a very professional and neat job. I do believe that Titan plumbing is the best plumber in my area. Not just because of their quality tradespeople . Stuart came out from Titan, professional, courteous and friendly service. Recommended tap ware, explained what what he was going to do and all done in timely manner. Had handles, tap and breach replaced on basin and handles on laundry tub replaced and washers. When invoiced could not believe how cheap it was, had planned on it being so much more. Amazing recommend fully.

I rang Titan regarding a leak coming from our shower and they were able to come very quickly. They explained clearly what they were looking at, what the problem was and fixed it. It's the second time we've used them and wouldn't hesitate to again.

The whole process was easy and professionally handled. Back office staff who took my call were friendly and efficient. The plumber who attended my home was, friendly and professional. He clearly stated the issue and the solution. The work was done quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruption to the household.

I found Titan Plumbing randomly online and am so glad that I did! Our apartment complex (one block of 6 apartments) had some water leaking in through the external windows in a couple of the apartments. Titan Plumbing came out to assess the situation and quickly found the problem. Over two days they installed flashing over the top and sides of the external window frames of all windows along the affected sides of the building. The flashing looks wonderful and none of the apartments have had a leak since. The team from Titan Plumbing were so professional and took so much pride in their work. We overheard the workers (both young men) talking to each other about how long they thought the job would take and one said to the other "however long it takes - I want to do a great job on this". They noticed a scratch on one of the panels (we hadn't even noticed it) and without telling us came back another day and replaced the whole thing free of charge (over 4-5 metres long). SO impressed! It is so rare to find tradesmen who take so much pride in their work and are so professional. I highly recommend Titan Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Titan Plumbing were amazing. Cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and excellent quality of service from Matt and his team. We had a leak in roof which we could not identify to fix but Matt came out and gave us an incredibly competitive quote and his team were able to repair our roof and do a marvelous job of it. Highly recommend reaching out to Titan Plumbing if you are having issues with unidentifiable leaks or water issues in general.

We have been struggling to solve the plumbing issue until the amazing Aron (I hope I spelled his name right) came to sort it! It took him literally few minutes to establish the reason of the leak. He is super professional and friendly! Overall it took him 30 minutes to fix our plumbing problem and it was seamless! Thank you very much Aron!

Highly recommended. Excellent response time for an emergency issue: I rang at about midday, and was told that someone would be here between 2pm and 4pm. I was very pleased when plumber Callum arrived at 1:30pm! Unfailingly polite, professional & prompt. Very reasonable cost.

We’ve needed Titan for 3 jobs in the last 12 months and they've done a super job every time. The latest job was a burst pipe from the water mains into the house. Sounds bad doesn’t it? I was very anxious about it, thinking it would require a huge amount of work to fix. But Jake knew exactly what he was looking for, and was able to get the whole thing done in about 2 hours. And that included having to cut through concrete, brick and render! I was amazed! He knew exactly what he was doing and was really quick, clean and efficient. Yet again, super happy with the quality of workmanship and service from Titan!

The guys at Titan have done a great job replacing my heating unit. They've been professional, dedicated and responsive, and there were no hidden surprises over and above the quote, even though the job was reasonably complex. I will definitely call on them again when I next need a plumber.

Matt Wilson ran up the street to ensure he met me at the agreed time. He asked Scott to carry out work at my house and he was a delight to deal with. He saw immediately what the job required, used Google to check out the specs of the hot water unit and Rinnai wall heater so that he could position the gas and water outlets perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a perfectionist in fitting off all the plumbing items.CheersJim

Amazing plumbers! The work Scott has completed has been first class, he has been very clear in his communications with me prior to the work in the morning and then going over everything once it was done, answering any questions I had and making sure that everything was satisfactory. The actual plumbing installations look amazing and auxiliary work have been beyond my expectations. Ben was also a pleasure to deal with, very clear and provided me with easy answers and solutions, thanks again guys!

Provided a thorough and knowledgeable assessment of the roof issues, along with realistic options and next steps. Knew his stuff, was able to ID the possible cause quickly, and communicated in a down to earth way which I appreciated. While further work needs to be done, some temporary repairs were able to be made on the spot.

Every interaction with your company representatives from the answer of my first call to the service from your trades has been exemplary. This week Jacob attended my job and was polite, efficient, professional and excellent at his job. Every time we have had one of your plumbers attend the house they have cleaned up, been extremely respectful of our home and go above and beyond to make sure our plumbing issues are solved. Clint came to our house while we were at work and we just left the keys out. Everything was sorted with our gas hot water system by the time we got home and could have showers. Great communication and professionalism from the team at Titan. Highly recommended.

My appointment was confirmed & got a courtesy call when Clint was delayed at his previous job which was nice. Arrived within reasonable time & respectfully removed his work boots prior entering my property. He identified the problem, fixed it but before leaving he tested his work by running water to make sure the leak was fixed. Good manners & pleasant & I am happy with his service.

Matt and Charlotte (and Titan team) have addressed a number of items at both our home and business, including blocked drains, roofing issues through to new water systems. From my initial phone query with Titan, to the quote, to the delivery of service, my whole experience was extremely professional and seamless. I had my gutters cleaned, taps replaced, toilet repaired and dishwasher installed. Their work was performed to a very high standard, and in a timely manner.
